    Meet Mair

    I clearly remember my first day in my new career as a manufacturer’s representative. I started during a major tradeshow in Chicago. I was handed a customer list and told “good luck.”

    My one question to all the veteran reps was “what do I say?” I just wanted to know what to say to my customers when I called them on the phone.

    From those early beginnings, I went on to earn Rookie of the Year my first year and by the time I left I was earning 5 figures in monthly commissions.

    I went out on my own and started my own Manufacturer’s Rep agency. Over the next 17 years, I spent thousands of hours personally training over one hundred salespeople. Those that followed my guidance built a successful, six-figure sales career. Those who didn’t moved on pretty quickly.

    I created Your Sales Lab to provide expert guidance so you will always know what to say. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re out there trying to figure it all out by yourself.

    Kick-Off Call
    • Live via Zoom on Monday, Oct 30 at 3:00 pm CST.
    • Meet your fellow Lab partners.
    • Learn what you can expect for the next 90 days.
    • All calls will be recorded and housed on a private membership site.
    One Pre-Recorded Training Call per Month
    • Released on the first day of the month.
    • It will include a list of action items to put what you learn into play.
    • You’re welcome to submit a topic-related question in advance.

    Two Live Group Calls per Month
    • You’re guaranteed to get one question answered on each call.
    • Questions can be asked about anything that’s keeping you and your sales stuck. It does not have to be related to the monthly topic.
    • We meet via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 3:00 pm CST.

    • I’ll stay on until all questions get answered (up to 90 minutes).
    Open Office Hours
    • Every Monday from 2:00 – 5:00 pm CST (except December 25 and January 1 – open office hours will be the following day).

    • You have unlimited email access to me – regular emails will be answered within 36 hours.
